Swimbridge Twinning Association
Early in May Swimbridge Twinning Assoc entertained 27 friends from Sainte Honorine Twinning Assoc in Normandy.
They arrived on the 8th May and were entertained to a ploughman’s lunch in the village hall. The highlight of the visit was the communal dinner and dance held in Filleigh Village Hall on Saturday evening. Which was enjoyed by all; and finally a cream tea in the village hall before they left late Sunday afternoon.
We much appreciated the effort which our French friends made to come here although the visit was very short.
