Rev’d Peter Bowers & Dick Croft Abseiling!
Rev’d Peter Bowers & Dick Croft (of St Paul’s Church, Landkey congregation) did an abseil down St Paul’s Church tower last Sunday on 27 Sept in aid of the repairs to the Church. From where I was standing it looked terrifying — a great achievement and hopefully lots of money was raised. Paul Russell of The Mill Adventure Centre trained them both and got them down safely.
